Live commentary brings Lincoln’s history to life on the hop-on hop-off bus tour; the perfect way to experience the city. Your two-day ticket provides unlimited access over two days* - you can hop-on and -off at any of the 9 stops as many times as you like.
Tickets can be purchased from the Visit Lincoln online shop, at the Visitor Information Centre on Castle Hill or on the bus itself. The first tour departs from stop 1 at St Swithins Square at 10:30am and the last leaves at 3:30pm. Each tour lasts just under one hour.
You can take the kids for free (u16s free with a paying adult) and there is a discount for students. Tours run on weekends and bank holidays during April and May, daily from June to September, and weekends only during October.
The tour bus is accessible with a low floor and space for wheelchairs on the bottom deck.
The full tour lasts just under one hour and stops include Lincoln Cathedral, Lincoln Castle, Brayford Waterfront, and High Street.

Private Hire and Group Bookings
Tour Lincoln is available for private hire and groups including the full bus and guide for an hour's tour around all 9 stops. The cost is £270 for private hire of the bus for one guided tour. Contact the Visitor Information Centre for more information on 01522 545458.
The bus is also available for a private ghost bus tour of the city with a local ghost expert. The Spooky Tour with a Ghost Walk Guide has a supplment of £1 a head (in additon to the £250) there is a minimum supplement of £25 for numbers 25 or less.
There is a 10% discount when more than 10 people book for the regular running tour. This is only available when pre-booked from the Visitor Information Centre by calling 01522 545458.
