Submit event

To submit your event to be featured on the Visit Lincoln website, please complete the form below with as much detail as possible. 

Your event submission will be verified and, if appropriate, made live on the website. The Visit Lincoln team reserves the right to decide whether the event is suitable. If we feel your event is not relevant, it will not be featured. 

Event listings are uploaded free of charge, subject to approval. 

Please ensure the start date of your event is in no less than 10 days’ time from the date of submission. Events submitted with less than 10 days’ notice may not be uploaded. 

When submitting an event, please note: 

  • Without an image your event will not be approved. 

  • Images must be landscape and no larger than 2MB. 

  • Images must not feature text. No Marketing Posters. 

  • Descriptions must be written in 3rd person. Do not use “I”, “we”, “us” or “our”. 

  • Events submitted in capital letters will be declined. 

  • Events must occur in Lincolnshire.
