Established in 1874, Batemans Brewery is a cornerstone of Lincolnshire’s brewing heritage. This independent family brewery is known for its award-winning draught and bottled beers, available in their pubs across the region. Located in Wainfleet, close to the Lincolnshire Coast, Batemans also offers one of the best brewery tours in the UK. Reviving Lincoln's distilling industry, Lincoln Distillery is the city’s first commercial distillery since 1863. Founded in 2017, this family-owned business specialises in small-batch, handcrafted gins. Distilled with locally inspired botanicals, their gins are a true reflection of the region's character. Available online and in selected shops, Lincoln Distillery's signature product, Lincoln Gin, offers a delicious insight into the city's heritage.
