Seasons in Lincoln

Spring and summer are when Lincoln bursts into life; you can explore the parks and gardens, dine alfresco and soak up the sunshine down at the Brayford. On a sunny day, the Cathedral appears to casts a golden glow over the city, the cobbled streets buzz with people, and the atmosphere is electric.

Visit during autumn and winter and you can enjoy a different kind of magic. Like something out of a Dickens novel, the historic buildings emit a warm glow, frost glitters on the cobbles and cosy restaurants invite you in with the promise of comfort food. 

With each changing season in Lincoln, you can also enjoy a packed programme of events. From spring bulb pageants to Steampunk Festivals, there’s something for everyone!
