- Wednesday: Light bites 12pm - 1:15pm, Fine dining 6pm - 7:15pm
- Thursdays: Supper 5pm - 6pm.
Sessions Restaurant is part of Lincoln College and is a training ground for aspiring stars of the foodservice and restaurant industry.
Lincoln College’s restaurant, Sessions, has an excellent reputation in the city for outstanding food and service, providing guests with a vibrant and quality dining experience in high quality, authentic, ambient surroundings.
Located in the former city Gaol and judges’ chambers of the old courthouse, the restaurant space boasts original features such as cell doors and if you ask, you can still see the original witness box and judges chair. All the history makes for a beautiful backdrop to enjoying some fine food
Catering and Hospitality students are responsible for everything from the preparation and service of meals to the general front-of-house operations, all under the watchful eye and guidance of their instructors.
By working within this real commercial environment students gain valuable knowledge of working with paying customers. An environment designed to encourage, and to prepare them for the busy and prosperous Hospitality industry.
