If you were hoping to bump into Santa in Lincoln this year - we've got good news! Despite his busy schedule, Father Christmas will be making several visits to Lincolnshire throughout the festive season.
If you’re wondering whether you’ve made it onto the nice list, here are just some of the places that you can meet Santa in Lincoln this year.
The Real Christmas Experience at Rand Farm Park
23 November – 24 December 2024 | Daily 9.00am - 4.30pm
Mr and Mrs Claus will be back to host their annual Christmas celebration at Rand Farm Park this year. The Real Christmas Experience will take visitors on an immersive Christmas journey through a variety of festive themed zones. There will be biscuit decorating with Mrs Claus, singing at Merryjingle’s Music School and even the chance to meet some real reindeer. Complete your day with a visit to Santa in his grotto, where you can hand over your Christmas list to the big man himself.
To make this festive event accessible to everyone, Rand Farm Park will be hosting some extra special sessions this year. Taking place during term time, the Toddler Christmas Experience will give your littlest elves the chance to enjoy the majority of The Real Christmas Experience, without getting overwhelmed – or bored! There will also be a SEN Christmas Evening, with reduced capacity, and an Adults Only Experience, complete with live music and a licensed bar.

Uncle Henry’s Farm Shop
14 - 23 December 2024 | Selected days 10.00am - 4.00pm
Ahead of Christmas this year, Santa will be making an important stop off at Uncle Henry’s Farm Shop. Before you head into the grotto, you will get the chance to meet Santa’s naughtiest elf, sing some songs and enjoy some festive activities. When it’s your turn to meet Santa, he will check to see whether you’re on the naughty or nice list. If it all turns out well, you will be allowed to choose your own special gift from Santa’s toy shop.

Belvoir Castle
23 November - 24 December 2024 | Selected days 11.00am - 4.00pm
Step into a world of wonder at Santa’s Grotto. This year, Santa's Grotto will be nestled within the enchanting Belvoir Castle Retail Village. Children will have the chance to step into a world of wonder, meet the famous Belvoir Elves - and Father Christmas of course! As well as creating some lifelong memories, every child will also receive a gift to take home, adding an extra touch of joy to their day.
On selected days, Belvoir Castle will also be hosting ‘An Breakfast with Santa’. This family experience will start at 8:30 am, with a delicious breakfast at the Belvoir Bistro, setting the perfect tone for a day of festive fun. After breakfast, children will have the chance to enjoy a magical encounter with Father Christmas and his cheerful elves - whilst you enjoy a coffee!

Waterside Shopping Centre
23 November – 24 December 2024 | Monday – Saturday 11.00am – 5.00pm, Sunday 10.30am – 4.30pm
If you’re hoping to meet Santa in Lincoln city centre, he will be in residence at the Waterside Shopping Centre throughout the festive season. His grotto will be hidden within the Christmas tree on the lower ground floor, close to New Look and Superdrug. You can meet the elves, hand over your Christmas list, and if you’ve been good this year, you may even receive an extra gift from Santa to open on the big day.

Kenwick Park Hotel
15 & 22 December 2024 | 12.00pm - 3.00pm
Father Christmas loves a carvery, which is why Kenwick Park Hotel will be hosting him for a special Christmas dinner this year. Book a table on the 15th or 22nd December, and you will have the chance to sit down for a carvery lunch with Santa’s elves. After tucking in to a delicious meal (and dessert!) you will get to spend some time with Santa, who will be sharing some of his stories from the North Pole - and if you’re lucky, some special gifts too.
If you can’t make Sunday lunch, the big man and his elves will also be stopping by the hotel for a last-minute breakfast buffet on Christmas Eve!

Tattershall Farm Park
30 November - 24 December 2024 | 10.00am - 3.00pm
This December, Tattershall Farm Park will be hosting a special North Pole experience for children. Situated within a magical woodland grotto, this immersive event is perfect for little ones. Follow the twinkling tunnel to the North Pole and you will have the chance to meet a cheeky elf, before heading into Santa's grotto for crafts galore. Accompanied by festive tunes, you will get to decorate biscuits with Sugarplum Mary, write your letter to Santa, and make some special reindeer food ahead of Christmas Eve.
After exploring all that’s on offer, you will have the opportunity to spend some time with the big man himself, sit in his sleigh – and meet two of his real-life reindeer. For an extra touch of festive magic this year, you can also upgrade your experience to toast marshmallows over an open fire, and dive into the fun of a “Make a Bear” workshop, where you can create your very own cuddly companion!

Lincolnshire Wildlife Park

Lincolnshire Wildlife Park will be hosting an unforgettable Christmas spectacular this year! Throughout December, you will have the chance to visit the park's enchanted forest, official home to Elf HQ. With treats and crafts galore, the elves' cosy cabin is the perfect stop-off on your way to Santa's grotto. A world of craft and creation awaits, with letter writing to Santa, cookies, games and activities. After spending time with Mrs Claus and the cheeky elves, you will have a chance to meet Father Christmas in his grotto - and hand over that all important letter.
To ensure this event is enjoyable and accessible for all ages, Lincolnshire Wildlife Park will also be hosting ‘Mini Mondays’ for little ones, so they can enjoy their own magical experience whilst the older children are at school.

Lincoln Santa Fun Run
15 December 2024 | 11.00am start time
If meeting one Santa isn’t enough for you, you will find hundreds more at Lincoln’s annual Santa Fun Run. Christmas jumpers at the ready, as this much-loved event will be returning to the city on the 15 December. The 3.5km course will take runners on a race around some of Lincoln’s most iconic landmarks, starting and finishing on Castle Hill. Although it’s highly likely that none of these Santas will be the man himself, they are all raising money for charity so come down and cheer them on!
