Halloween is fast approaching and the season for Thriller, Ghostbusters and The Time Warp is upon us once again.

All Hallows Eve falls on a Saturday night and Lincoln venues have taken the opportunity to celebrate things that do the bump in the night.

The Engine Shed will host Cue Halloween with headliner TeeDee, a bassline and club-focussed house DJ from Sheffield, who has also performed at major stages and venues like Creamfields, The Warehouse Project, and Amnesia Ibiza.

The Drill presents the Glory Days show – a tribute to Bruce Springsteen and The E Street Band. This show has had an impressive 30-year run, featuring in venues across the country, such as Liverpool’s Cavern Live Lounge.

Southside cranks up the volume with noise-rock band Hey Colossus, supported by Concrete Ships, For I The Badger and Tiger Warsaw. The dark theme is echoed at The Jolly Brewer, where there will be a Halloween Goth night Special, with Blak Mass and Spitting Feathers taking to the stage.

Katie O’Brien’s never fails to provide a rousing, acoustic singalong set, this time with Myles Knight from Nottingham, who covers a back catalogue of rock, folk and indie. The Victoria, uphill, features original music from psych rockers, Gannets.

Finally, for those who wish to don the full fancy dress for the occasion, Home nightclub’s Home of Horrors promises to be an immersive Halloween experience, with commercial house and dance music on the decks in the main room.
