A one day course at Manor House Stables

Spend a day at Manor House Stables for a healthy eating course where you will make delicious breads using unusual flours.

On this healthy eating course you will make the following delicious breads, all of which use a flour that you may not be familiar with including coconut, wholemeal spelt, rye, chestnut, rice, maize and einkorn.

You will make the following;

  • Cornbread with sun-dried tomatoes and basil
  • Veg Patch Loaf (choices include potato, parsnip, carrot, sweet potato or beetroot)
  • Courgette, Cheese and Chestnut Flour Gluten-free Muffins
  • Rye Loaf with Orange & Fennel
  • Einkorn biscuits with Nigella seeds

A homemade 2-course lunch with wine, and all refreshments during the day are included in the day's course. You will be baking and eating your own Beetroot, Blackberry, Broccoli & Blue Cheese pizza on a spelt bread base followed by spicy Apple Oat Crumble or a Banana, Blueberry & Coconut cake - either way you will be enjoying this with a glass of delicious Raspberry wine.
