Gainsborough Old Hall is one of the best preserved, timber-framed manor houses in the UK, dating to the 15th century. The Hall has a magnificent Great Hall at its centre, linking the East and West Ranges, and boasts one of the best preserved examples of a late medieval kitchen in England.
