Virtual realities blur with medieval streets when Lincoln’s biennial festival of digital culture returns for its fourth edition - ten days of extraordinary installations and events.
Frequency Festival will explore the theme of ‘disPLACEment’ (Place and Displacement) in 2017 as part of the celebrations of the 800th anniversary of the Charter of the Forest. The festival of digital culture will inlcude projection, VR, interactive installations, performances, robotics, and immersive experiences.

The festival is mostly free and features 10 days of extraordinary art exhibitions and surprising installations across the popular Festival Trail, as well as amazing performances and lively debates.
With over 17,000 visitors in 2015, and featured in The Telegraph, The Guardian and BBC Make It Digital, amongst others, Frequency 2017 is set to reveal the hidden layers of the world around us, share the experiences of others, and create worlds of imagination.
