Take part in free kids' activities in the Lincoln Cornhill Kiosk, in celebration of the 100th anniversary of the Royal Air Force.

Take part in free art, craft, and drama activities with Back Garden Drama Company all through the summer at our pop up activity centre in the heart of Lincoln. Join in between Tuesday and Sunday for the entire six weeks Summer Holiday.

Each week is a different theme and each day a new activity. Bring the entire family and also pop along to Lincoln Beach, a stone's throw away on Lincoln Cornhill.

You can get stuck into colourful crafts, storytelling, puppet shows and even a writing workshop. All activities are free (except for cookies and plaque decorating) - view and download the full programme and plan your family day out.

Lincoln 100 Voices Trails

100 Voices includes eight walking and cycling trails around the city and surrounding countryside to commemorate 100 years of the RAF and the close association that Lincoln and Lincolnshire has with aviation.

100 Voices tells the story of the RAF through the people who have experienced it, both men and women in military and civilian roles. Each of the 100 Voices is presented on a “Wing” which are placed in 100 different locations around Lincoln and Lincolnshire that have an association with the RAF.

The 100 Voices are spread over 8 different trails, each with their own iconic RAF aircraft wing shape. There are 4 family friendly walking trails and 4 cycling trails, ranging from easy off-road routes to more challenging long distance routes. You can discover individual accounts of Lincoln’s association with the RAF as you come across the wings, or follow one of the many trails to find out more.

Flight Central is organised by Lincoln BIG and Back Garden Drama Company. Sponsored by Visit Lincoln, Cultural Destinations and RAF Lincolnshire.
