Lincoln is working hard to become a truly coach friendly city. Use the information below to make your visit to Lincoln as easy and enjoyable as possible - for you and your passengers.

Coach Parking

Lincoln is a coach friendly city that offers several parking facilities and drop off points for coaches.

Coach parking is available at:

  • PC Coaches Depot, 17 Crofton Road (LN3 4NL)
    Suitable for uphill parking.
    £6 per day. Use of coach wash and disposal £6 extra. Canteen, drivers rest area, toilet, secure area for parking plus fill PCV workshop facilities.

  • Stagecoach Depot, Great Nothern Terrace (LN5 8HJ)
    Suitable for downhill parking.
    Half Day: £6.
    Full Day (8am - 6pm): £10.
    Evening (6pm - midnight): £6.
    Overnight (6pm - 8am): £15.
    Please book in advance if possible. A bus nearby will take you into the city centre.

Coach Drop Off Points

These drop off points are ideal to ensure your visitors arrive and don't need to be pre-booked:

  • Cathedral Quarter
    Northgate (next to The Lincoln Hotel), LN2 1PN
  • High Street North, Cultural Quarter
    Saltergate (opposite St Swithin's Church), LN2 1HA
  • High Street South, St Marks, Brayford Waterfront
    St Mary's Street, (opposite Lincoln Train Station), LN5 7EQ

Please be aware that a major redevelopment scheme is currently underway to provide a state-of-the-art bus station and 1,000-space multi-storey car park in the city centre.

Also in development are improvements to Lincoln Central railway station and the creation of a pedestrianised plaza in St Mary’s Street, connecting the bus and rail stations.

Construction could be complete by February 2018. You can find out more on the City of Lincoln Council website, including road closures and diversions.
