Sincil Street, found off Lincoln High Street connecting the Waterside to Lincoln Central train and bus stations, offers an eclectic mix of local traders, chain stores and cafes.

Enjoy Lincoln’s historic daily Central Market located on Sincil Street and City Square in easy walking distance of the train station. Central market offers a variety of fresh foods, clothing, household and specialty products stalls. The market is open from Monday to Saturday from 9am to 4pm.

The Cornhill Quarter Redevelopment

The Cornhill Quarter in Lincoln, is being developed by Lincolnshire Co-op and is part of a £70 million redevelopment aiming to rejuvenate Lincoln's retail offering and city centre, encompassing Sincil Street, City Square and the Corn Exchange.

The first phase of the development was the reconfiguration and extension of the Grade II listed Corn Exchange building which is now home to quirky and eccentric Cosy Club restaurant, Danish home and general store Flying Tiger Copenhagen, versatile menswear brand Moss Bros., and travel specialists Thomas Cook. The next phase of the development is currently under way and will be welcoming new retail and food & drink brands to Lincoln including an Everyman Cinema.
