No. 25 Steep Hill

Luxury Georgian Town House at the top of Lincoln's famous Steep Hill, above independent wine and gin merchants, Steep Hill Wines.

No, 25 Steep Hill, is a beautiful Georgian Town House offering 5 star luxury self-catering accommodation, recently renovated with many period features, in the heart of Lincoln’s Cathedral Quarter, located on the award winning Steep Hill (voted best street in Britain 2012).

Just a stone’s throw away from Lincoln’s world-famous Cathedral and Castle, and the picturesque Bailgate and Castle Square, with its many quaint, independent shops, tapas bars, cafés, bars and restaurants. Nestled above Steep Hill Wines, our own independent wine & gin merchants.

The house is extensively spread across 3 floors, with its 3 large bedrooms all with either super king or king size beds, and all with either cathedral, castle or city views. Egyptian cotton bedding and soft fluffy towels. A very large sitting room, overlooking the iconic Steep Hill with feature fireplace and “smart” television. The family bathroom is large with freestanding bath, with access into a separate shower room.

The new kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need to host a dinner party or prepare a simple meal (with dining table, range cooker and fully stocked wine fridge), the kitchen leads to a private courtyard garden, with views of Lincoln Castle.
