Lut’s B&B

Renovated, listed farmhouse B&B surrounded by beautiful countryside yet a short journey from the historic city of Lincoln.

Lut's B&B is located close to the A46 and only a 20 minutes drive from Lincoln in the suburb of South Hykeham. The friendly owners have upgraded and restyled the 300-year-old, listed farmhouse to create a modern feel without losing the character, leaving the original features of beams, fireplaces, and winding stairs to the attic room.

Once through the door, the house wraps itself around you and gives you that homely feeling where you completely unwind. The house is very close to wildlife with running rabbits in the huge garden. The house is also surrounded by horse paddocks as the owners also run a big DIY livery yard.

With lovely B&B memories from childhood, Lut and Bruce want to share this special place with those who appreciate the original B&B concept. The B&B is run from their heart, which you will notice in every detail.

For a short stay, a romantic weekend, a few relaxing days, come and stay at Lut's B&B.
