Elms Farm Cottages is close to RSPB Frampton Marsh nature reserve, two miles from the historic market town of Boston and ideally located to explore the Lincolnshire Fens, Wolds, coast and the historic city of Lincoln.

Elms Farm Cottages are fully committed to providing suitable access for all guests, and almost all cottages have been graded by NAS to M1, M2, H1, and V1 standards.
There is a choice of cottages with complete ‘Doc M’ wet room facilities and others with accessible bathrooms. All the converted cottages are on ground floor with level access terraces and pathways.

Elms Farm is perfect for a cycling break with a large tarmac car park with plenty of room for bicycle trailers and secure storage for bikes.
The cottages have cycle route information and are adjoining with up to 16 single beds available - perfect for groups. A cycling path links Elms Farm with the Water Rail Way which leads from Boston through to Lincoln.
Dogs are loved at Elms Farm: seven of the nine cottages are dog friendly - two cottages are kept pet free as some guests have allergies.
There are over 18 acres of grass paddocks and lakes with mown paths for guests to walk their dogs, plus a riverside walk opposite the cottages. Elms Farm has an outdoor place to wash muddy paws and spare doggy towels to dry your pets. Spare leads and feeding bowls are available just in case you forget to bring your own.
