A stunning, quality house designed by the owner, only four miles from Lincoln but surrounded by open countryside.
Set within 250 acres of ancient broadleaf woodland, this is the perfect place to stay for that much-needed peaceful break. The house has been beautifully designed, with care and attention to detail very obvious throughout.
The elegant sitting room is just the ticket for a cosy evening around the woodburner, and the en-suite master bedroom offers a light and spacious retreat, with its two windows facing east and west. To complement the king-size bed, there is also a day bed which can provide a quiet space for relaxing, or can be cleverly converted into two full-size single beds.
Broadleaf House has a delightful balcony with seating for two, which is accessed from the feature landing. It is a wonderful place to enjoy a pot of tea or take in the evening air in summer.
Guests can choose to dine in the kitchen or the conservatory, which commands super views of the garden, and when the fertile crops have been harvested, there is a tantalising view of Lincoln Cathedral from the edge of the garden, towering majestically above the landscape.
Cycle routes are avaialble off-road via the Old Wood which leads onto the Sustans cycle route and Doddington Hall track. Cycle storage and washing facilities are also available.
