46 Mill Road is a modern semi-detached property built in 2000 and refurbished in 2016 within five minutes of Lincoln Cathedral and Lincoln Castle, situated in a quiet residential street. It provides high quality accommodation in 3 bedrooms for up to 6 people, having the advantage of 2 bathrooms and a further downstairs toilet.

The house benefits from a private driveway and garage and also a permit for one car for on street parking right outside. There is a patio area with a bench and table and chairs for outdoor dining or just relaxing with a glass of wine.

46 Mill Road has a kingsize, ensuite master bedroom with TV and DVD, plus a further double room, and asingle (able to sleep 2 with a guest bed on full size mattress) with a shared shower room.

There is a living room with flat screen TV, DVD, and WiFi, and through the hallway a fully equipped dining kitchen - incorporating cooker, hob, microwave, fridge and freezer, washing machine plus a table to seat 6.  A tumble drier is situated in the garage.

All towels and egyptian cotton bedding is provided plus a welcome supper and milk, tea and coffee.

Cycling

46 Mill Road is ideal for a stay with your bicycle. You can securely store your bikes in the garage and use the washing machine and tumble drier to keep your clothes and quipment fresh and clean.
